Refund policy

Cancellations:

You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of ordering.

Returns:

I do not accept any returns at this time, exchanges only.

Exchange Policy:

Exchanges must be within 10 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Re-sizing Rings:

Resizing is not available. I strongly encourage customers to confirm their correct ring size before placing an order. If you need assistance with sizing, please refer to an online measuring guide, or consult with a local jeweler.

Repairs:

Complimentary repairs will be honored within 30 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. Please email and attach photos of your jewelry that needs to be repaired to belsolejewelry.com 

 

Materials:

For silver pieces: I use Sterling Silver (.925) + Silver plated hardware. Both are nickel-free and hypoallergenic.

For gold pieces: I use 14k Filled Yellow Gold  + Gold plated hardware. Both are nickel-free and hypoallergenic.

Wear:

For silver and gold-plated jewelry: Both metals are non-tarnishable when taken care of properly. Excessive water exposure or exposure to harsh chemicals or soaps will increase the speed of tarnishing. 

For sterling silver and 14k gold jewelry: Both metals are non-tarnishable, however, all precious metals will tarnish overtime with wear and may need polishing periodically.
